    In Houston, as a new grad it is very difficult to get a job in the hospital without a BSN. I just graduated in May with my BSN and that was a requirement for every residency program that I applied for.

    I interviewed in April for the nurse residency program for Houston Methodist and already accepted an offer for the ICU beginning in July. I think most of the new grad programs have already posted.
