   Yeah I should of, but it was the last thing on my mind with everything that has been going on. They said to fill out a change of address form and fax it tomorrow and they will just mail it again....

   So I took the NCLEX 3 times now. I failed the first two times and used all 6 hours and answered 265 questions each time. Finally, on my 3rd try... I "unofficially" passed after another 6 hours and 265...
