   I work in an opposite environment - in labor and delivery - and so I don't see/experience this in that setting. But, my family is what some called "gifted" and so seeing angels, spirits, guides, etc....

   I think the reality is...."It's official....that co-worker needs to retire!" If someone forgets WHY they became a nurse in the first place, than they clearly need to work somewhere else. Period....
