   I'm in Texas in LTC starting out no experience is 11.05, after 90 days 11.25. And then .50 shift diff.

   it depends on the state every state is different. Some states consider it license and some states consider it a certification.

   If your taking your test with person vue, they have the candidate hand book on their website. It has both sample questions for the written exam and all the skills that are tested. Also remember that in all skills the first few steps are the same. IE....

   I'd talk with the company who admin your test. Most of the time it's person vue. Call them and see if you can challenge the test. If you took it at a college I would possibly talk with the dean.
