    I honestly would be shocked if notices went out earlier than the week of April 25th. If the pattern stays the same for the Fall 2015 class- it looks like April 28th was the day notices were sent

    I would say that as long as you have 70 points, you are included in the lottery. If you click on the link below it shows that they usual include all those applicants with 70+ points....
