    Sputum. When it is time to do trach care...OMG. Also doing a old rotting infected wound dressing is nasty too. I've had a couple of those. Gross :chair:

    In fast food you can call your manager and they can finish serving that person. IMO nursing is one of the most abusive jobs. We can't just "call the manager" We might be able to call our superviser...
