I just received the official rejection letter in my email right now. That may be because I emailed one of the contacts from the post on fb that said to contact one of them if my rejection letter was not received. Did anyone else get theirs?

I'm actually looking into Chamberlain myself. Have you looked into it also?! It has never seemed like a bad nursing school to me, but I always hear mixed reviews about them. I've been trying to ask around for current students' or recent graduates' op...

Neither have I. Who knows if we'll ever receive a formal rejection letter. I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't.

Since LPN to RN just received their notifications today, I agree with ethioden that they may have been referring to the LPN to RN program. Did anyone who called specify that they were inquiring about the traditional program?

Their reasoning is always that it depends on how many clinical spaces are available. That is what depends on how many students they accept. Which still doesn't really make sense.

I was just as surprised to see so many people commenting to ask if that was all the acceptance emails that would be sent out, because they obviously had not received one either. It seems like a majority of the people on fb and on here did not get in....

24% is just absolutely ridiculous. It gave no one a fair chance. Time to start thinking of plan B... [emoji53]

A new post on the fb page- "Nursing applicants please check your emails for letters of acceptance and instructions. Only students that were accepted were contacted by the nursing division. The rest will be contacted at a later date." Well... I guess ...

They just posted on the MEC fb page that they would be sending out emails to those that have been accepted first. Please post here if you receive an email!! The anxiety is building up.

I got the same email as well. I'm sure everyone is receiving it. 24% is still very low, but there's nothing we can do about it now. Good luck again everyone!!
