   Well considering 99% of programs require a B average, this doesn't make sense. It all depends what your program considers when evaluating applicants.

   You have, what, a year left to grind out? After you get your BSN, so many avenues will open for you. You do not have to be a bedside nurse. There are other directions you can go that would better suit your personality.

3. Which job should I take while in nursing school?

   Two 12s will be easier with school, that extra day makes a big difference. Plus that's time saved on commuting too. It's not impossible to get into peds after you graduate so I personally would take the oncology position. Best of luck

   If you try and concentrate on getting into one school you are not going to have a great chance. Mostly all the pre reqs are the same, some require LOR and an essay, some don't. I applied to 7 programs for fall 2016 and got into 4, and my TEAS was not...
