   I had to literally start from scratch in Math. I practice daily and will get better with time. Khan Academy is what's helping me right now. I also got Ultimate Algebra and it helps.

   I'm going into this knowing holidays and nights are the regular. I'm a night owl and can't stand holidays so it works for me. You need to change your mind set. It's also pretty hard for a new grad to get into labor/delivery, peds and post partum

   Math has always been hard for me. I practice daily and its getting easier. For me, college math is much harder. You can research "common core". Even as early as Grade 8 in my state, it seems they're doing college math.

   I'm sorry but you might have to find a different profession. From what I've read on here, getting licensure is going to be your biggest hurdle

   I feel you need to make up your mind. You're 53. There's no reason why by now, you have no idea what you want to do. These decisions cost as you can see. Make a concrete decision that you won't waver from and move forward with it
