A friend in another nursing group gave me : "45ml/30mins x 60gtts/ml=90 ml/hr" and, while that works here, it's not working with the next problem.

And apparently 70 mL/hr is too. (if I used the 5mL of sterile water)

Everything will be taught to you in the class! It's not like taking a hard test, where you're teaching yourself while you study. Does that make sense? You'll learn things chapter by chapter, and you can always ask your teacher for help!
