I want to do my Nursing registration in Portugal. So that I will be able to readily attain a job. I need to know pre requirement and procedure. If it is compulsory to learn Portuguese Language I will do so.

I do not know portuguese but will be getting Portuguese Passport . Portuguese nationality law allows those who were Portuguese citizens connected with Portuguese India before 1961 to retain Portuguese nationality. Acquisition of Indian citizenship was determined to be non-voluntary at the time.

Hi All I am an Indian with a B.Sc Nursing degree (4yrs) and and 5 years nursing experience in India as a Nursing Tutor, Staff Nurse , and ICU nurse. I would be migrating to the Portugal and would like to apply for nursing license For the same. Please advice me with the steps and pre requisites required and the procedure for nursing registration. So that when I go to Portugal I will readily be able to apply for a job without any gap or delay. Thank You Vish
