Never complain about your co-worker unless you saw with your own eyeballs a patient safety issue. Otherwise, leave it alone. Complaining only puts you at the top of the "expendable" list. Nothing creates a more toxic unit culture than tattletales.

I read that out of all of the recent flu deaths, 80% were not vaccinated. That is a pretty substantial stat to me. I get a flu shot every year.

Policies shouldn't be determined because of the actions of a few. The less rules you have the better. Good rule abiding students will respect your wishes and not record. Students without respect for the rules will record anyway and gain advantage....
