I'm with you guys! I don't plan to work during the nursing program but I am looking for summer work. I'm nervous too about upfront costs!

Same here - Palatka is really convenient for me. I thought about the UNF program too, but decided against it for the same reason with the kids.

I just looked again and the application says criteria must be met by the last day of application period. Sounds like you are good! No worries! í ½í¸Š

Yeah, it was my understanding that you can't use HESI scores that are obtained inside the application window. You could always call and double check.

I'll be applying to both campuses to increase my chance of getting in, but Palatka is my preference. DCampbell-you can apply to either Palatka or OP, or choose both. There are 36 seats at each campus. Same school, just separate campuses.

I'm in category I. I've had some paranoia that there will be more category I applicants than there are seats. Eek!

Haha yes I think it will be the longest wait ever. Going to keep busy to try to keep my mind off of it. Easier said than done though! Good luck to you also!

Hi ladies! The application period is open now. Just waiting for final grades to be posted and I'm putting my application in this week. Anyone else?

Yeah that would be weird to rotate. I've never heard that before.

They didn't have any definite schedule days/times yet for fall start. Based on current info they said you could probably expect to be in the classroom from 9-3:30 or 4ish Monday-Thursday during the first semester. Clinicals will start in first semester and sign-ups for Clinical sites will be based on a wish list. You may or may not get your chosen site. The first semester clinicals will be LTC facilities, and hours are usually 6:30am-4pm. Again, none of that is definite but is generally how it has been in the past. They were pretty helpful and willing to answer questions!
