   @rngooddaytosavelives truthfully, I don't recall the application asking for an immigration status. But if it did I would have most certainly stated DACA. Hope this helps

   Hello All I wanted share my experience with you all. I am DACA status from NC, recently graduated May 2016, took my NCLEX June 2016 showed my foreign passport as a form of identification and it was acceptable. Prepared with Kaplan and passed.

   @cypalomo I just started my senior year so I plan on taking the NCLEX June/July 2016. I am in the process of contacting the board to become better informed about this issue. I am more than glad to update you when I get a better understanding.

   @deafeningthoughts I am a DACA senior nursing student from NC. My NC driver's licensee says "legal presence no lawful status" do you think this may put me in the clear to take the nclex or does it pretty much mean the same thing as "temp"?
