   Well I might ask our college secretary to ask the dean to write a letter saying how we don't have a logbook. As to how that will affect the decision of the board, I don't know. I have yet to find out....

   yeah let us just hope that your analyst will not ask for the RLE Logbook. Because it all depends on your analyst. But, I dunno, maybe you can ask your former dean to make a letter regarding the RLE...
