    I have only been there a short time, but, yes, serious enough that they are coming back to check us soon. Like I said, I think some of the wounds that came from hospitals, etc., made us look worse....

    hahaha. We had a combined "celebration" with Nursing Home week. It was a buffet lunch and a pen. And the higher ups kept making sure everyone had gotten their pen. So kind.

    never saw it in ltc for nursing...although the cnas have plenty of flowsheets. for ltc nursing, i am not sure what you could put on one...maybe nursing rounds, siderails, callbell, bed position...
