    I hear ya. I have an employer that will pay most or all of it and it only takes about a year or less and I am still thinking NO.

    I like the idea of rapid response...but then again, I wouldn't want to be the *only* one because everyone has a bad day with IV's. So, it would be a rapid response "team" with at least 2-3 team...
