   There is no need to grandfather an LPN because they do still to the day hire LPN'S with this company.

   I guess I was looking for someone to read the article and to clear up what has been told to me that LPN'S have to work as a pct when this article clearly says no we don't we can do more and the RN can delegate the tasks to us.

   I can agree with u on that however my company allows LPN to work to there full capacity. According to the NJ state regulation-guidlines they in fact hire. LPNs Its my manager who won't promote me.
