    you can still use it.... both for nmc and visa application.... if you took the ielts before april 6 2015, you can still use it.. however, for visa processing, its only valid until november 2015.......

    Probably yes, it might cause you alot of problems.... Bcause they will check and verify every travel you made in the last 10 years, police checks is mandatory too, references. Better include it...
