I agree with nightcrawler's post and your actions with titrating the drip off. In my facility, we slowly titrate the Cardizem to off when the afib rates are controlled or converted back to NSR. Of course, you would need a MD's order to do that.

It's no so much the school that will make a good nurse, it's more the individual. No matter where you go, it's all up to you to make the best of your education and experience. Enjoy becoming what you want to be...a nurse.

If you're studying and retaining the info well, look into you test taking strategy. Read the question and try to come up with the answer on your own before looking at ALL the choices. Make your timely educated guess and move on to the next question...
