   But i didnt take board exam in the Phils..and also i dont have prior experience or any kind..so do i still choose method 3?all i have is my BSN

   Hi everyone im new to this site and im also a graduate of BSN in Phils.im looking for information on how to apply for LVN exam,i tried opening the site bvnpt.gov but im really not sure on how to do it...
