    I think morning shift is okay coz lesser census. but Pm shift is more census but lesser work LOL.

    IDK the hospital who hired me they are the one who sent me for IVT and BW certification they paid my class and pay my 3 days out off work as well

    I think better work under your license. I mean your job title as LVN rather than MHT, coz tbh it's not gonna count as LVN experience. You can work in mental health under you license as LVN not MHT....

    I think to obtain the skills is to work in a setting that has blood draw skills like clinics, hospitals or some LTC. I am certified in IVT and BW and I'm happy that I'm using that skills in my work....
