Does anyone know more about the questions they ask? Especially for PICU? Will it be clinical?

My status changed to "Routed to interviewing supervisor" on 10/28 and I applied on 10/11. How long after it changes should we expect an email or phone call with interview details?

I applied for a RN residency program that requires a digital interview. Has anyone ever done this? They require it within 72 hours. Any tips?

Why didn't you just do a phone interview for the first one? That's what I'm doing.

They said no to me too. I'm very disappointed. But it is comforting to know it was especially competitive this year. I do want to know what made someone else a better pick than me.

I only applied to MedStar Georgetown and I'm looking at Children's National. So far their listings are only NICU

Yes it's a skype speed interview. One of my friend's heard from heme/onc. I think they are calling people too.

The website says 225 people applied. I haven't heard about an interview yet. Do you know if they do phone interviews? I am out of state.

How positive are you about Thursday? The nurse resident who gave me a tour said she heard the Monday after her interview.

I was also offered an interview for the PICU! I am thrilled!
