   I prefer night shift too. I haven't heard anything except that my background check is complete. That notification came from Taskstream. I'm so full of nerves at this point! Did they call you?

   I couldn't agree more that it seems to be more about how you jive with the unit. I personally find it hard to believe that they would pay for a background check (providing it comes back okay), and not offer a job. Did you just graduate with your BSN?...
