The dreadfull wait. Interview scheduled anywhere from November to January seems like a lifetime to wait. However, I do know of a girl that interviewed one week before the new grad position was scheduled to open up .... And she landed it. So who knows...

I applied to both the ICU and IMU positions. My ICU application was referred to the hiring department and my IMU app is 'under consideration' as of sept 1st. No word yet on either ?! The wait is awful.
