  1. Unconditionally
  2. Hmm that’s the program I’m in too. I read and reread my email and attached letter and both don’t say anything about having to register for the Denton orientation, and says that replying to the email will reserve my spot?
  3. What program are y’all in and what campus? My email just said to reply to confirm my attendance
  4. No problem! I understand but if someone makes a page let me know, id like to join!
  5. This link isn’t working for me!
  6. I was accepted as well! I didn’t see the thing about having to sign up for the April 20 date but maybe I need to reread my email? He just asked that I reply to the email from my recollection.
  7. I just got my acceptance email this afternoon!
  8. Yes, I hope so too! Also do you know if we have to “accept” our acceptance? I went to the website provided but didn’t see anything. All I saw was a registration for Graduate student orientation, but it was for the Denton campus, not Dallas.

  10. Congrats on your acceptance! I do live in DFW, do you? I’d be happy to answer any questions about the area! I got my BSN at TWU so I’m fairly familiar with it in that sense but not as much with their graduate program(s).
  11. Yes, I applied back in December though so it probably took 4 to 6 weeks before I heard back.
  12. Thank you! I got my acceptance letter in the mail on January 28. Crossing my fingers for you!
  13. Hello! I just found out that I was accepted to the FNP program at TWU in Dallas for Fall of 2019. Anyone else? Any current or former students with any advice? Thanks!
  14. Hello, I was wondering if those of you who have been accepted to an NP program could let me know what your gpas were and how important they were to your acceptance (if you know). I am in my first semester and I'm feeling pretty down as I'm going to end my first semester will all bs. I was close to as in many courses, but I wasn't able to obtain any in the end of the semester. I also took a hesi test that was a precursor to how we should do on the nclex and I scored only in the 46% percentile which makes me feel as though maybe I just don't have the critical thinking skills to obtain my dream of becoming an NP. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
  15. Hi! I am not exactly sure, have you had a meeting with an advisor? They could clear it up for you! I believe that if you and someone else have the same stats then the person with the preference would get in before the person without the preference. However, like I said I am not 100% sure and that would be a good question to as an advisor!
  16. Hello, I was accepted for spring 2015 and my stats are: GPA: 3.89 TEAS : 86.7 previous Bachelors degree
  17. @nikki4 I hope so too! I keep thinking that I haven't turned something in on time, even tho I have looked at the checklist a million times. The fast pass background check where we get our finger prints taken? I was able to get that done last week!
  18. Has anyone received any more correspondence about the immunizations needed? I had made an appointment to go to the dr tomorrow morning, however the last email that I received on Thursday said that we should receive a follow up email that would give us more information on the immunizations. I don't want to go to the dr if I don't know everything needed!
  19. Congrats @Lejones! All your hard work paid off!
  20. @nikki4 I am not sure which number to put there either
  21. Thank you @B5018!! Also, have you been able to get the background check website to work? Mine keeps timing out.
  22. I am filling out my clinical preferences right now and I am confused on which ID # to enter in the portion where it says "TWU Student ID." On the Pioneer Portal it lists a TWU ID and a Student ID. Does anyone know which one it's looking for?
  23. Just got it, thank you!!
  24. Has anyone who accepted their admission received any more information on the Dec 5 meeting or received a written acceptance letter in the mail?
