   awesome! mine says "routed to hiring manager" and i just received a call to schedule an interview for oncology! my guess is expect a call soon

   Hey WhitBit, I had a panel interview for sharp memorial ICU on 4/21...but I never had a phone interview. They said they'd make decisions by 5/5

    Whoa! I just found this thread, and am wishing I found it sooner. I had a panel interview 4/21 for Sharp Memorial's ICU (was notified 4/14). Did anyone else have this same experience? I was super nervous and they asked really difficult questions
