   Hello Shoegal22 I'm in the same situation as you :) I think it does mean you are offered a seat with the condition of fulfilling other requirements (including first aid, flu shot, etc.)

   Hi Ruddnaloy, I've called admission and ask about prioritizing of admission. They will admit by date of application and completeness of courses. So if you applied late but completed all the pre-req. then you will have priority to the people who have ...
