I'm surprised that this thread is still so quiet! The threads from past cohorts usually got pretty busy around the time if acceptances. Hmm. maybe a lot of the accepted people won't choose UR, leaving space for those of us on the WL ;P

rsharif- they give you a phone call to let you know you're accepted! I think they did their phone calls last week (not sure if they're still doing them). Everyone gets a letter in the mail, but they don't call if you're wait listed or didn't get in. ...

Hey everyone! I wonder if this is the week we'll find out admission decisions! I looked through last year's thread and it seems like they started finding out on the 28th. (Although they didn't find out until a few days later in June two years ago.) ...

And to add on to the pros/cons of SMU, I think a lot of what we hear could also be based on the different campuses. Maybe a campus has "better" professors that people feel teach well and vice versa, etc.
