   I have four MIC's and drunk in public annnnd a theft by the time I was 22! All when I was in college. I got the Arizona equivalent to TPAPN which is called CANDO. 3 years with drug tests, Aa meetings, IOP, aftercare and a nurse recovery group. I'm 17...
