   Wow I had no idea how good I have it! The Minnesota Nurses Association does wonders for us. On days and eves my floor is 4:1 unless the acuity is very high or an insulin drip...then it's 3:1. Nights gets 5-6 (or 4 if high acuity). If the floor is...
