HELP!!!! Interview NSLIJ
I am a new grad and I have an interview coming up. Just curious for anyone that has had an interview at NSLIJ or any med surg interview. What should I expect? How did you respond to the questions you were asked? Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Don't give up!
Just type in nclex and it will pop up. It has about 28,000 followers. It is strictly for posting questions and rationales and answers

Don't give up!
This time I went back to all my old books. At this point I didn't remember any questions so it was like doing everything all over again. However, I only did the comprehensive exams in these books. (Mosbys, Kaplan, Lippincott Alternative Form Qs and Saunders.) I also went online and did questions from Nurses 3500, Allnurses.com and questions from the facebook group NCLEX. I did about 150 questions a day. Two days before the exam I went back to my hurst notes and reread everything over ONCE. The day before I did absolutely NOTHING but sleep! Trust me it is beneficial to not do anything the day before. The day of the exam I went over lab values once. I also PRAYED A LOT!!! You can do it!! Have faith in yourself and best of luck studying.

Don't give up!
Thought I would post a little motivation story. Here it goes! I graduated in May 2013. I tried pretty much every review and book for the nclex rn out there. I ended up taking the nclex rn 6 times. I thought I was never going to make it. After each time I failed I kept telling myself I give up I'm not going to take it. I resorted to reading forums about people passing after taking it multiple times and it gave me hope. Sometimes I even read about some people being negative saying if you didn't pass after the first few times maybe you should give up. Seeing stuff like that made me feel like crap. I recently became an RN so I'm writing this post in hopes that people who have not succeeded yet never give up. If it is meant to be it will happen. Don't ever let anything negative put you down. It took me 6 tries but I made it and so can you!

Third time taking NCLEX-RN
Hello! I am new on this site and I just need some encouragement. A little on my background, I graduated from a very prestigious university earning my BSN in May of 2013. I took a few months off and then began studying for my nclex exam in late june. I scheduled my exam for the middle of August. I was not very confident but I decided to take it. I walked out of there feeling like complete crap knowing I failed, I did the PVT and it went straight to the credit card screen. All I did was cry and read articles on the PVT. I got my new ATT immediately and signed up for my next exam in October. I studied everyday for hours and I felt I was going to do great. A week before my second exam I found out that someone in my family was very sick. Not something I wanted to hear right before I was going to take this. However, I told myself I have been studying and I will pass this time. I walked out of the exam center and felt good. I believed I had passed but of course I did the PVT and got sent to the credit card screen once again. I felt hopeless and very stupid. I did not schedule my next exam until January. I didn't study start studying again until December. I took it this morning and I totally bombed it. I just could not seem to understand the questions. I did the PVT and got sent to the credit card screen AGAIN. At this point I just feel so hopeless. I do not know which direction to follow at this point. I used the kaplan review twice. I then did hurst along with the LaCharity priorities book and kaplan book. I did a few questions out of the Saunders book. Does anyone recommend anything? It will be very helpful.
