    both, I got one yesterday and got a letter from the board I passed over a month ago, so don't worry. They buy the names from the board and just send them out. Again it means nothing.

    Depends on a few factors. What are you going to use it for? If you need to hear quiet murmurs then you should have a high end scope. If you are not working in an area that is that detailed a good, but...

    If you live in San Diego, go up to the Med School bookstore. I am sure u can try them there. Might not carry the ultrascope tho.
