   Yes it a lottery system. so even if you are good enough for the program your name is placed in a computed with 800 others and the computer will pick 80 plus an extra 30 I have not took an entrance...

   well this is my 2nd year of trying to apply for a nursing program and each year i get partially accepted but not fully because i wasn't randomly chosen by the computer =( im getting really discouraged...
