Had a job that was only 2 days a week, 18 hrs a day. It sounded great on paper. I envisioned being off for 5 days and living it up. Then reality hit. I slept the first 2 days and locked my keys in my car 3Xs.

I don't think mandating is all that effective. It will get some, but it will make more people resistant. People do have a choice. The vaccine marketing could of been better.

What would an improvement plan for multiple call outs look like? My hospital 6 in a calendar year is a verbal. I think 8 or 9 you are out the door. You have to remember when your call outs drop off.

You can always tell the fresh RNs and CNAs hair all curled and styled. Looking so cute and eager. After a few shifts that hair is pulled back into a ponytail, in a bun, in braids, or under a cap. No one has time for that mess.
