   I'm not familiar with qc but yes, they also follow the pgnt, nset and isf process. We were informed that we're for nset on the day of our pgnt graduation.

   I've already recieved a text message from bien of hr just this morning. I passed the screening though I'm not included for batch 10, I was considered for batch 11 on april 2014. maybe there were too many applicants who passed the screening.
