Based of your scores and what Kaplan recommends, you seem ready. My scores were a bit lower than yours and I passed with 76 questions. If you feel you're strong enough on content then I would say you're ready

Do not freak about those scores, as long as your getting half right or at least over 50% is good enough. the diagnostic doesn't give you the rationales, something about they wanting to keep as real as possible but i would advise focusing on the areas...
