Hi everyone! Congrats on your employment and good luck to those of you still waiting! I want to apply for next years cycle but I noticed that they require an RN license by early July. Was this a problem for any of you on the quarter system that graduates in June?

They called me today and offered me a spot! I will be attending another program but just wanted to let u know that they are still filling the cohort!

Hey guys! I just got a call from their office and they let me know that are adding more (I think 10) students to this year's cohort. I will not be attending b/c i will be in a different program.. but this looks very good for those that interviewed! Good luck!

Hello! I posted a while back that I couldn't be considered b/c of a pre-requisite but the office helped me sign up for an exam to take it. So I am still being considered! wooohoo!

Anyone else out there with no answer yet like me? This is so strange. I mean now Im sure it a rejection since thats the only thing going out now.. but I just want to hear back already so I can move on. Sighhhhh. Im still so down

Did anyone get accepted/denied today? Or were they all waitlist? This is all very strange but I really don't think that the office would lie though. Maybe its just a matter of getting these notices out.

Yes that was soooooo fast. I feel like it was just yesterday that we were posting about our interview invitations haha. And here we are post interviews just patiently waiting and waiting and waiting.

I have a friend in the program and she let me know that they were accepted on different days so we are not out of luck just yet! So for now, no news is good news haha. I am scared but excited at the same time.. I wasn't anticipating on finding out this early. Best of luck to all of you!

Did anyone test out of a pre-requisite? I got an email saying that one of my classes doesn't count and I feel so sad. Idk if it is too late to sign up for it??

I like all of them! But I think I rank USD and UCLA just a little bit higher on my favorites list!!

Oh nice! Yes we are supposed to hear back Friday so I am anxiously waiting! I keep looking at these threads like everyday to help me be patient haha. Is Columbia your top choice?

Sorry! I think I missed your comments and replied twice. Ooops! @sz1991-- I applied to UCLA (I did my undergrad there), USD (I have an interview!), Columbia (which I'm not feeling too confident about lol.. but I should hear back soon!) and USF (yay!). So only 4 which is starting to really freak me out but I will be happy at any of those programs! How about you!? I think I have bumped into you in another post somewhere.. @rnbound2014- Yes that is very true! That would be unfortunate for those that wait.. I attended an online chat thing and they said thats how long they take but who knows! Im hoping for the best. good luck to you!

@BruinMecn2016 Thank you for offering your help! I am taking you up on that haha. Ok here I go.. Was UCLA your top choice? What is a typical day like? How often do you have rotations/class? Is it difficult for you to balance nursing school and life? Any info that you can give us is really appreciated :)

I think I saw somewhere that it is 6-8 weeks after the deadline.. so hopefully we get to hear sooner!

I think they said 6-8 weeks after the deadline so sometime between Mid march-early April. But it seems like they get a lot more applications for summer, so we might find out a little later. Lets hope we all get in!!

Hi Hanabiwabi, After I submitted my app in Nov., I got an email saying that I had to send them another transcript at the end of the semester since I was taking two pre-requisites (+ epidemiology). I sent them the transcript early January and then I got a similar email saying that my application was now complete and it no longer listed those classes as pending (epidemiology still showed). So thats how I knew that those grades had been matched to my application! Hopefully that helps!

I called them about a week ago and asked the same thing! They told me that they are still accepting 70 students for this cohort (I believe this might change to 50 next year). But before it used to be like 90
