   If you ask me, you're insane to leave the ER for med-surg. I'm desperately trying to get the hell OUT of med-surg and go to either th ER or ICU.

   Yep, I feel the exact same way on my floor. I sometimes wonder how I could not get everything done in 12 hours, but it happens all the time. I assume you work on the floor? I actually really enjoy talking to patients, but I just can't do it the major...
