About Dmlref

Dmlref has 13 years experience.

In my 13 years of nursing, I have had the privilege to care for patients in newborn icu, adult critical care, step-down units, float pool/resource and cardiac & pulmonary rehabilitation. I also spent a brief period of time in nursing administration (not for me)! I have been an FNP-BC for the past 2.5 years. I am currently caring for ob/gyn patients and also dabble part-time in urgent care. I love precepting students and would ultimately love to spread my wings into nursing education!
