   Yes I received it Wednesday night, as well as the switch to the POUNCE system email last night. Nothing new that I saw from what was spoken through the Webinar a few weeks ago. Hopefully the next few emails will give us new answers....

   I'm afraid of the male nurse dilemma to be honest. I've been shadowing a little lately, and I still see elders refusing male nurses. I accept the challenge, but it shall be interesting
