   From what I can remember off the top of my head: Background check (finger printing), immunization records (tetanus, hep B, rubella), and physical. I'm not 100%.

   @Emmy_skittles you could go to the north campus and see if they have you're application. They're usually nice and willing to help you out.

   So just out of curiosity, would anybody know how many times one can apply per a semester? Thinking that April 1 was the deadline I had applied. However I am still in two classes that is about to end in May. Can I apply again so I can have the points...
