    Ok the first one confused me because a PAC needs a p wave before it and I dont see one unless its buried in the t wave which is possible but Ifvtheres no p wave its a PJC..its not a block..the PRI...

    I think the first one is sinus arrhythmia/sinus pauses or PJCs, not sure I think the second one looks like SVT with a conversion to normal

    I thought the hydrogen was basic.HCO3 is bicarb. And carbon Is acidic CO2. You would need more hydrogen to hekp correct

    We were not allowed to wear stethoscope around neck in school..infection risk. They make steth holders for waist band. You wont need it but for assessmentd anyway. Its an old sacred cow to carry steth...

    I think it depends on where you live. There is no problem finding a job in my area and theres like 10 nursing schools around. Almost all 72 classmates have found a job amd we just graduated in May....
