Someone else had answered the question for me. But I was told due to not reporting non-compliant pt to DON. But they fancied it up, of course, and dragged in a number of other things.

Ok. It's official union said it was too legit. They can't touch it and I was fired today. And I'm still short on my paycheck! Sigh. I'd just give up but now that I am jobless, I need that money for resume paper and gas.

No reply yet but erstwhile I've been suspended from work. I think they're working up to firing me. I guess I shouldn't have filed that grievance about reducing my pay AND not receiving my raise AND not getting holiday pay... Oops.

I've worked for an agency before and OT is given only after 40 hours a week. I've worked 60-hour weeks so... No fun. And at $10 an hour if I'm lucky! Ha ha. Hopefully that helps some.
