I've been volunteering at the Brooklyn Hospital and I've seen LICH ambulances dropping off patients, and the ER has been pretty crowded. It's so sad that no one else is willing to save the hospital aside from their doctors and nurses

I just got a job offer from Kings County for D2 north and south, and I'm waiting to hear from HR. How was your experience with orientation? What are the evening and night shifts like?

I already have a per diem job through an agency until I get something full-time, which hopefully is soon :)

It's going good! The nurse manager on the unit said she will try to get me a job, so hopefully that works out :)

You're welcome! One more thing, if they hire you, they prefer to have you work there for at least two years because they've had issues with ppl leaving after a year, so they're gonna ask you how long do you plan on staying with them.
