Best advice .... Learn how to take constructive Critisim . Period . Is a though field and not everyone is nice and welcoming out there .And .... Always ask questions if unsure of something . Never do anything unsafe and always learn from your mistake...

Well good news !!!! I got a job offer today at my facility . The unit I was assigned for is orthopedics ...I'm just scared cause I am so comfortable with medsurg . Well ill make a decision by Monday :)

Where I work they start new grads at 79,000 but that's the night shift (long island ny ) .

The nurse recruiter just told me they started the last one this past Monday I just took my NCLEX last week , do yeah I missed it .

I agree with all of you . I actually have an interview with my prefer facility where I work this Friday . She asked me to bring all the paperwork in as well . So, there is a little hope . Please keep your fingers crossed :)
