    It's not that easy...somehow I am the one left to deal with all her drama bc it causes conflict between staff/residents...seriously I've never met a person who lies as much as this girl

    I have thought about transferring but it just seems if I do that, she wins. She is a snotty little brat and needs to be fired, period. She is also one write-up away from being fired. Our DON is one...
