    I did a resume and cover letter. I didn't do references but I would definitely include them though that's a great idea. Honestly if it wasn't for a recruiter reaching out to me under a fb post IDK...

    Same! Only need to fill 2 spots for NICU 😩. I think my interview went well also. Hopefully I know something tomorrow or Monday but I pray they don't make me suffer all weekend.

    I'm an external candidate, I made a post in a fb group and a recruiter left her email in a comment, I emailed her and she pulled my application and set up a teams meeting with the fellowship manager....
