I got a second interview with Hermann last week too! What department? Mine was with Trauma. They told me they'd call either way today (Monday), so I'm checking my phone every ten seconds hoping they've called. Nothing yet :/

@surgerynurse1963: I'm upset to see this! I'm waiting by the phone for Memorial Hermann to call me today as promised after a 2nd interview for a trauma nurse residency this past week. Should I be wary of them?

Yes, December 1st! But they said we'd need a password to get in to the orientation, I'd hoped it would be sent today! Bummer.

You are rude. Even if your advisor didn't tell you being partnered was important, it is very clear on the info sheet with pre reqs and considerations that partnered applicants would get priority. I guess this 'B student' did her research and you didn...

I turned in my AP acceptance form too! Yay! Im antsy to learn more, especially to learn our schedule...I'm getting married June 1st, and I need to find out when (or if) we can take our honeymoon!

I really do think considerations have a lot to do with it. My overall GPA wasnt as high as some, but I had the 30 hour and the 3/4 science accommodations...I guess its their way of keeping the money from the pre-reqs.
