    Starting my nursing degree in Sep. here in Canada. In the meanwhile im taking a few first year options at a different college. However I heard there are about 15 male students out of about 137 @ U of C. Thats pretty small %. Good luck all of ya.

    Thanks for the info. Very helpful and i will inquire further into it As for leaving Canada to go and work in US, I totally agree that its quite unacceptable. I guess some people also leave for other factors such as weather and of course the lifestyle...

    You can try http://www.alis.gov.ab.ca which should give you averages for Alberta for registered RN's and so forth. There should be a link to an Alberta Wage Survey and you can take it from there. Yaroslav
